POLICIES & PROCEDURES:
Check-In: 3:00 PM (EST) Check-Out: 10:00 AM (EST)
Payment: We accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks and certified checks.
Reservation & Confirmation Deposits: There is a $300.00 reservation deposit, that is the confirmation that the unit you have asked for is reserved for you for your stay. This deposit then becomes a refundable security deposit that you receive 10 days after you check out after the unit has been inspected.
Advance reservation/rental rates: Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. If you reserve a unit you will be charged the current pricing and current other charges.
Keys: You will receive codes to get into the building and to get into the lock box which holds the key to the unit.
Minimum Stay: Minimum stay requirements vary and will be quoted at time of reservation.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guest is based on the individual property’s ability to comfortably and safely accommodate our guests.
Housekeeping: Your unit will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. If you are not satisfied, please call us immediately at 402-379-0175. If you are a late arrival, please notify us by the following morning. If you have not called by this time, we will assume that you found everything in acceptable condition. During your stay there will not be any housekeeping that will come and clean.
No House Parties, Large Groups, Campers, Trailers, or Motor Homes: If unit is booked for these purposes without our knowledge, occupancy will not be allowed and deposit forfeited. If discovered after occupancy, guest will be asked to vacate premises immediately with no refund.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all the units. You will incur additional charges for cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking is found. (These charges vary based on how bad it is.)
Swimming Pool: NO LIFEGARDS ON DUTY! Guests assume all liability for use of pool. This is a public pool so there will be no obscure behavior allowed in the pool or the pool area, you will be evicted immediately if you are caught or if we find out that you have done this.
Linens: An initial linen supply will be provided. The beds will be made.
Supplies & Appliances (minimum):
Please see individual descriptions for amenities of each property. We cannot provide replacements or give refunds for the failure of these items or other small appliances.
Check-Out Time: Check-out time is 10:00 am (EST). All guests will be charged $100.00 per hour for late check out unless prior approval has been made. Please leave on time so that the home may be prepared for our next guests who check in directly after you.
Things to Do Before Check-out: Please leave the unit in the general condition as it was found. Return garage door opener where you found it.
Additional cleaning fees may be charged if:
Check under beds, in drawers, and closets for your personal items. We are not responsible for items left behind.
